I was so honored when @javierdiazarcia asked if I would be willing to do an international duet! I was even more excited to hear that he wanted to sing You Raise Me Up. I loved being a part of this project and hope he and I can cover other great songs together in the future!

I have really enjoyed adding these little #60secondcover songs into my life. When I was training to be an opera singer I’d spend hours learning, perfecting, memorizing and then performing maybe just one role in an opera. This type of singing - listening and then recording it in one or two takes - is fast but has it’s own challenges. .
